Company Overview

Tee Cee Construction Services Pty Ltd was established by Tony Clark in July 1997 primarily servicing the residential home industry as 'Carpenters and Joiners'. This progressed over the years into a small high quality building company specializing in residential alterations, additions and refurbishments within the Sydney Northern districts.

In June 2002, Andrew Slater was appointed joint director of Tee Cee Construction Services Pty Ltd and it was decided to restructure and expand the company and trade under the name of Ironbark Building Services.

The Directors of the company have over fifty (50) years combined building industry knowledge between them and have not had one dispute regarding payments and the quality of workmanship the company provides.

We have in force all statutory requirements such as 'Contractors All Risk', Public Liability of $10,000,000, 'Workers Compensation' and most importantly 'Home Owners Warranty Insurance'.

The Company currently has nine (9) full time employees:

  • Construction Manager
  • Contract Administrator/Estimator
  • Accounts Clerk
  • Sales Manager
  • Supervisors/Leading Hands (2)
  • Carpenters (4)
  • Driver/Machinery Operator



    This combination along with our team of proven sub-contractors ensures the works are carried out to a high standard, safely and with minimum disruption to the client.

    The company has over the years acquired substantial plant & equipment and along with our full time staff and selected sub-contractors we are able to carry out works such as soft and hard landscaping and swimming pool construction. Therefore we can offer clients a total turn key package.
